ITN Productions is the creative and commercial arm of ITN, producing bespoke content for broadcasters, businesses, brands and rights holders – seen by millions of viewers across the world.
Freelance cover was needed across August and September at ITN Productions. The project was posted with a fortnight’s notice, and required a senior manager savvy with content strategies, data analysis, and complex social media campaigns (YouTube Certified). The role also involved business development – identifying new commerical opportunities such as developing sponsorship opportunities, trend analysis, and creating social strategies for major news events. Another aspect of the role was to find someone who knows how to turn data insights into editorial policy, and have deep knowledge of the digital landscape.
